Before you book –
- Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire
- No Teenage parties are allowed.
- Please consider how much ‘setting up’ and ‘tidying up’ time you need – and check with your entertainer how much time they will need BEFORE you book. You need to include and pay for these times in your booking.
- Please note there is no freezer / freezer compartment in our fridge.
- Music – if your entertainment includes a disco you need to comply with the Terms and Conditions of hire. You need to keep all external windows and doors closed while music is playing. This is a requirement of our licence with Harrogate Borough Council to operate as a village hall. Failure to do this will mean your booking will be terminated early by the Trustees.
- Bouncy castles are not permitted inside or outside the village hall.
You are welcome to come and look round the village hall prior to your booking, by arrangement with the Booking Secretary. - Your booking starts at the time you have booked and ends at the finish time.
When your party has finished
- Please read and comply with the checklist on the kitchen wall.
- Please take all your rubbish home.
- Please leave the hall in a clean condition for the next hirer. If there has been glitter on clothes or wrapping paper, please sweep / hoover the hall floor thoroughly.
- If you wish your refundable deposit to be returned to you please supply us with your bank details – Name of account, Sort Code and Account number. This is your responsibility.
