How to Book

Please see our Current Hire Rates

Prior to booking, please read our Hire Terms & Conditions

The hall availability can be checked and bookings can be made via our online system, Hallmaster. We will be in touch to confirm your booking.

Instructions on how to use the booking system are shown in the tutorial below:

On the day of your booking you will be met at the start of your hire period by either the caretaker or one of the hall trustees. They will give you the code for the door, and show you around the hall if you are a new hirer.

Any caterers or entertainers contracted to you will only be allowed access to the hall after the hirer has been shown around by the person letting you in.

At the end of your hire you are expected to ‘leave the hall in the condition in which you found it’ and all rubbish has to be removed from the premises. We have no rubbish collection at the hall. Please lock the door. The hall will be checked by the caretaker after you have left. Please remember to let us have your bank details for us to return your refundable deposit.
